My Father and My Mentor
I spent countless hours beside my father in this workshop. Surrounded by tools and works in progress, I learned that the pieces worth keeping are shaped by patience, intention and the work of your hands.
After he passed, my mother and I faced the question of what to do with his worn leather recliner. Rather than let it go, we carefully took it apart and transformed its leather into lasting keepsakes.
In giving that leather new purpose, we found ours.
